The design is based off of the three different stories told within the book. The style is designed using the Swiss Grid style due to the influence of Nazi Germany within the book and its stories. The color palette is derived from the original cover shown below. There is also slight texturing of the jacket to show weathering and aging based on the references. This design was placed in the Murmuration art show as well as placed in the Milligan University library for display.
